Commasense Ltd. (Комасенс ЕООД), Bulgarian company registration number (EIK) 205242073, VAT number BG205242073, offers products from the “Levelling System” range to consumers and business customers through niverto.com.

Destinations and costs

You can order directly through the website for addresses where a delivery option is available at checkout. Available delivery methods and charges are shown before you submit the order. For delivery to other countries or addresses worldwide, contact office@niverto.com before ordering. Before accepting such an order, we confirm whether delivery is available and agree the method, charges and delivery period with you.

Product prices include VAT. The currency, delivery charge and total are provided before you submit your final order. Website orders are paid by cash on delivery where it is available for the selected delivery. Bank transfer is available by prior arrangement; contact us before submitting the order to obtain the bank details and payment reference. Cash on delivery is not necessarily available in every country.

Dispatch timeframe

For cash-on-delivery orders, products are dispatched within 1 to 3 days of the order date. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched after payment is received, with the 1-to-3-day period starting on the date we receive payment. Orders accepted after 15:30 are processed the following day. The time is local time in Bulgaria.

Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier. The dispatch period is not the total time until receipt. Transit time depends on the destination and selected delivery method. Unless a different period was expressly agreed before ordering, we deliver consumer orders without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If we expect a delay, we notify you and clarify the next steps. This does not limit your statutory right to terminate the contract in the circumstances provided by law.

International deliveries

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur local import taxes, duties and customs-clearance charges. Where these are not included in the total price, they are payable by the recipient, and we provide information about this before the contract is concluded. This does not limit our obligations under applicable law.

Collection in person

By prior arrangement, you can collect your order from 61 Sankt Peterburg Boulevard, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, after confirmation that it is ready. Contact us before submitting the order on +359 886 878 677 or at office@niverto.com to arrange collection in person.

Delivery problems

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, except where the law provides otherwise. If there is visible transport damage, we recommend notifying the carrier and us as soon as possible. The absence of a carrier's damage report does not by itself remove your statutory rights.
